• One free consultation (in-person or over the phone)

• Two prenatal home visits to discuss birth plan, childbirth preparation, comfort and relaxation techniques

• Assistance with birth plan and navigating options

• On-call 24/7 starting at 38th week until the birth

• Continuous emotional and physical support during labor

•  Massage, relaxation and breathing techniques during labor

• Phone and email communication during pregnancy and first month postpartum

• One postpartum visit to support you with infant care, postpartum care, and breastfeeding (Additional Postpartum visits available at an hourly rate of $35)

Allow me to help you and your partner through this often new and confusing time in both of your lives. What I offer with this package is in home personalized yoga for you and your partner before and after birth, as well as my Birth Doula services.

I started my doula path without knowing that there was a name for what I was doing. A friend asked me to be support for the birth of her second child and I was more than happy to help, I had just had my second kid 7 months before and emotions and maternal  instinct was i high gear. I didn't realize then that that would be the case for long term. It was such an amazing experience to be present for.  As I got deeper in to yoga after the birth of my children I wanted to offer support to mothers who had recently given birth. I started teaching postnatal yoga with moms and babies.  Then I began teaching prenatal yoga and leading partner prenatal workshops. After consulting with another prenatal yoga teacher who was also a doula I realized I had found something that I am very passionate and knowledgeable about  and am truly grateful to be able to do that I can also call my career.
